You made it to Friday so let's refill our minds and bodies with some good stuff and remove the bad stuff. Bring your mat and let's get it on with some yoga, pilates, breath work, meditation, and music therapy in a blackish therapeutic style. All are welcome even if you have special needs please indicate and we will have a chair or you can do chair yoga from your wheelchair. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified and registered yoga teacher, and certified health education specialist.
What to bring: Mat or blanket, water and anything that will make them feel comfortable. Comfortable or athletic wear recommended.
