Black Women Deserve Peace

Join Taupe Coat and Flex-n-Fly for an evening honoring Black Women, mental health, and self-care. The evening will begin with cocktails and a Fireside chat featuring Flex-n-Fly founder and CEO Youmie Jean Francois and psychiatrist Dr. Ashley Trust. The chat will be moderated by Taupe Coat CEO Bethany. The panel will address practical ways Black Women can protect their mental health on a daily basis. Following the chat, Youmie will lead the group in a short self-care practice and the evening will conclude with a cocktail hour featuring Black Woman owned libations.
